The list prices have not moved since the first archived copy in June 2024; Cursor changes what is included instead, from request counts to usage credits. Business was renamed Teams in 2025. Ultra appeared by July 2025 and Pro+ by October 2025, and in mid 2026 the individual plans were folded into one $20 column with Pro+ and Ultra as options. We only have current prices for GitHub Copilot.
