1Password is a password manager sold per user to teams and businesses, with personal and family plans on the side. It is one of the few Cloud 100 companies whose pricing page has barely changed shape in a decade.

Dashlane is a password manager for individuals and companies, sold per user for teams and per account for personal use. Its business seat price has quadrupled since 2017 as the product moved from a simple vault to a credential security suite it now calls Omnix.

Bitwarden is the open-source password manager and the cheapest of the mainstream options by a wide margin: Premium is under $2 a month and a Teams seat is $4, roughly half what 1Password or Dashlane charge. Being open source also means it can be self-hosted for free, which none of its closed-source rivals allow.
